Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.


Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver within a 15 mile radius that is included in our rental fee. Outside our limit is $1.25 per mile.
*We cannot deliver outside of North Carolina at this time

Q: Does the standard 5-hour rental time include your set up time?

A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. We will be in communication with you to discuss the delivery and pickup timeframe.

Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator. An outlet further than 100ft will require a generator.

Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes. If you rent for multiple days or multiple units, we offer a discount. We also offer Military & Teachers a discount

Q: Do you charge a deposit?

A: Yes. Deposits are 30% of your rental total and due at the time of the booking to reserve your time slot.

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or Credit Cards. Your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance 3 days prior to your event. If you prefer to pay the remaining amount in cash, please let us know. The full amount is due before we unload the rental.

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: Please call if you need to cancel. If you cancel 7 days before your event, your deposit is fully refundable. If you call within 7 days, your deposit can be used with our company towards your next booking.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, gravel, and concrete. Please also ensure a clear path at least 4 feet wide for the inflatable to be delivered.

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract?

A: Yes. There is a link to it here

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: You are not responsible for typical wear and tear. At pickup, please alert us of any damage you may have seen develop (common in high-traffic areas) If however, damage occurs due to a failure to follow safety rules or negligence, you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement costs plus shipping. We do not want you to be in that situation, so please take care of all rental equipment.

Q: Are face paints allowed?

A: Some alcohol face paints may be safer to use, but we advise against face paints in the inflatables as they can stain and damage them. If this happens, we would have to charge you a cleaning/damage fee.

Q: What type of cleaner do you use for the inflatables?

A: We use an Earth & human friendly  biodegradable cleaner. 

Q: What if the weather is bad?

A: We know mother nature is fickle. If the day of your outdoor event, 1) the temperature is too cold (40 degrees or below),
2) too windy (20+ mph) or
3) has heavy rains (according to The Weather Channel)

WE may decide we have to cancel drop-off for safety reasons. We will refund 100% of your money.

Q: What is the process like the day of my party? How does all this work?

A: Take a deep breath! We are here to make this event memorable for you and anticipate a smooth set-up. The driver will call/text to confirm delivery time and meet you at the set-up location. Once on site, the technician will conduct a thorough inspection of the set-up site to ensure there are no hazards and that the site meets the minimum requirements for the bounce house. Once the inflatable is set-up, we will conduct a thorough inspection with you, pointing out any general wear and tear or repairs that have been made. Our safety tech will then go over the safety rules with all operators(recommend at least two) for the rental and have you sign the waiver.
